The information that is required on Personal Tax Forms varies from person to person, however, it is most likely that most of the personal tax forms that are completed each year will include some basic financial information

Other information that is included will very much depend upon your personal circumstances and your different forms of income, however for a basic tax return the most common types of financial information that you would supply are as follows:

Employment

Copy of the P 60 given to you by your employer (or last P45 if you were not working on 5th April)

This should be provided to you by your current employer within two months of the tax year end (5th April)

Interest received
